San Francisco's Noe Valley
Just a few blocks northwest of Inn San Francisco and up a hill, you will find Noe (NO-EE) Valley. This neighborhood was originally developed in the 1880's, when our famous cable cars connected the picturesque valley to the city. Now, Noe Valley has an engaging mix of boutiques, bookstores, cafes, bistros and restaurants. Known as a residential area 'without' tourists, the main thoroughfare, 24th Street, hums with activity. Visit the Farmer's Market (24th at Sanchez) every Saturday morning.
