San Francisco Hotel Rates
Our San Francisco hotel rates include a generous breakfast buffet, the hospitality of The Inn's hot tub, sun deck, garden, and complimentary beverages served in the double parlors. For your convenience each room has a clock radio, telephone, color television, and small refrigerator. For your comfort, all rooms are non-smoking. WiFi is complimentary.
Hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, heaters and/or fans available on request during Front Desk hours.
All of our San Francisco hotel rates are for single or double occupancy and are subject to change. Spacious rooms may accommodate a third or fourth person at an additional charge of $25 per person. Hotel taxes are 15%.
Regular Rates apply from March 1st until October 31st. Off Season rates apply from November 1st until February 28th.

- Hotel Taxes are 15% and are in addition to listed rates.
- Rates & taxes apply Single/Double occupancy (except Garden Cottage: Triple).
- $25 charge for each additional guest in room.
- Limited secured Parking available, Garage $18 per night (priority to personal cars, no discounted rate).
- Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
- Check-in time: 2 pm. (Luggage storage space available).
- Check-in after 10:00pm must be arranged in advance with The Inn.
- Check-out time: Noon. (Luggage storage space available).
- Children and Pets welcome if mutually agreed in advance.
- Our San Francisco Bed and Breakfast Inn has several stairs, so we are not handicapped accessible.
- For safety and comfort, we ask you to smoke only outside in garden or on roof deck.
- Major credit card or advance payment of total first night's charges required.
- Seven day cancellation notice agreement required.
- We recommend lighter luggage – InnSF does not have an elevator and we have up to three flights of stairs
